Shipping policy
Products will be shipped by Yamato Transport (UPS within the US) or another means. Please note that our carrier does not deliver to PO Boxes.
All of our products except for handcrafted items will be sent out in about one week after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order products take approximately 2 weeks to produce.
Once the payment has been confirmed, please allow the following number of days from dispatch date for your order to arrive:

- Currently, we only ship to customers in North America (USA, Canada), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand), and Europe (UK, Netherlands). Please reach out to us at info@morikunijapan.com if you are interested in purchasing from outside of those countries. We will do our best to accommodate.
- Please note that delivery could require more time depending on the time it takes for your package to go through the customs.
- Please allow extra time during the busy holiday seasons.
Additional Cost (if applicable)
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in the total amount. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT and other associated taxes and charges levied by the destination country.
