I am building a replica of a traditional kaidan tansu. The hardware from Morikuni has, by far, the most comprehensive selection in both function and style from any other source I have found. The quality is exceptional and consistent; the packaging protects all parts from scratches during transport; shipment is extremely fast; and the customer service, is fast, friendly and helpful.

Morikuni is now my only source for traditional Japanese hardware, and plan to also adapt it to modern design as well.

I use these handles as drawer pulls for several of my case designs. They come in different sizes so I can graduate them to best fit different width drawers. They are expertly crafted and carefully designed and add the perfect final touch to hand-crafted furniture. They are also easy to install.

I used these handles on my version of a Tansu several years ago, and was very happy with them. High quality, they fit the piece, and not too expensive. I am now making another Tansu, and want to use these again.

Rod Ruggiero

These very beautiful handles are fantastic on my chest, it immediately attracts the eye of the observer.

Just what I needed!
Perfect! Lovely and very sturdy handles. Exactly what the new tv bench needed to replace some boring plastic handles. Love the design of these and the back plate covers the pre-drilled holes in the furniture. Easy to install, all parts were included. I would buy these again!
