RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICIES

Thank you for your purchase with Morikuni. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the products to us for a full refund only within 10 days of receiving the order. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Custom products are not eligible for returns.
INCORRECT or DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within (10) days of receiving incorrect or defective/damaged shipments.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item(s), please take images of the product that includes: the entire product view and the defective area, and send all images to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we confirm the defects on our end, we will provide immediate replacement, refund, or credit as per your request.
To return your products, please email customer service at email@example.com to inform us of your intention and reason for the return along with necessary documents stated above. After receiving a return authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

● Please note, unless you have received an incorrect or defective/damaged items, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (and also the shipping costs and customs fees if applicable for the original shipping from Japan).
● Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
● Returns should be sent using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure
your package arrives safely at our warehouse.
● Incomplete, used, or damaged merchandise may not be eligible for a full refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that the shipping costs for the original shipping from Japan will not be refunded.
