Payment method

PayPal is the only payment method accepted.
We accept the following credit cards (e.g., VISA, Master, American Express) via PayPal. Payment may be made in the currency of your choice.

Shipment

Products are shipped by DHL or another means. Please note that our carrier does not deliver to PO Boxes.
All of our products except for handcrafted items will be sent out in about one week after payment is confirmed.

For shipment to remote areas, an additional shipping of $25 will be required. If your address falls into this category, we will notify you within 2 business days after your order was placed.

Customs taxes

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the prices. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT and other associated taxes and charges levied by the destination country.

Returns

Returns or exchanges of unused products may only be made if the product is defective.
